Fowl Play Part 3: Flight

Lizelle, Kayla and Logan all instinctively shifted backwards, as the Jungle-fowl squat furiously towards them, However they were violently shoved forward by Roland who shouted “Move! Go!” They all clumsily piled out of the laboratory and into the corridor. Each of them doing their best to avoid tripping over Vauhn’s lifeless body. The small, blood hungry bird stayed situated on Vauhn, it continued to hiss as the students stumbled past. “This way to the lift! Quickly!” Roland cried as he dashed down the corridor, slamming his finger on the small call button. They all stood anxiously waiting as the internal mechanics of the lift began to emit a low hum.
